Deep Dish Pizza
Looks good on the outside and the crust tasted pretty good. The look of the fill (sausage, tomatoes, brocolli) was deceiving and was in fact too watery. Next time, less brocolli and drier tomatoes =)

Made larger than I usually make 'em, but thinner than I usually make 'em. At some point they were too thin. I use the recipe Fabien gave me a long time ago, but I always seem to add more milk/water to thin the batter. These were for savory and sweet crepes. Here is one of the sweet ones.

Need to use more fatty pork to make it just right.

Where's that menu?
